FAMILY WILDERNESS ADVENTURE
This is an easy, safe and FUN way for the whole family to experience genuine nature.
We’ll get you up close with wild deer and arapawa sheep as they roam freely in our game park.
No cages, no fences, no fake surroundings. These are wild deer living life as they should, in their natural environment.
The kids can even help our guide lay down food for them.
Be sure to bring your camera as there will be plenty of photo opportunities.
HUNTING
This is hunting at its best – on stunning private land, with varied terrain and magnificent scenery and staying in a backcountry lodge.
As a guest of Tongariro Wilderness Adventures, you will be hosted by qualified guides who are members of SCI, and all have extensive experience at hunting in New Zealand bush environments.
All have a passion for hunting and the preservation of natural environments, to ensure the continuation of hunting throughout NZ.
